You also might like more on the subject of bias, to go with the sampling techniques handout: types of bias. This would be to use in your own lecture, not to hand out to students.
These two quizzes cover the first three chapters. If you would like to use them, please change the numbers. Note: many instructors like to give out two versions of each quiz or test, so that students who are sitting next to each other have two different versions. This is easy enough to do by changing the numbers slightly, or the order of the questions.
If you did not choose to emphasize questions of bias, you will want to omit those questions.
